Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Advance Payment

A minimum of 50% of the total project value must be paid in advance at the time of signing the contract. Project development will begin only after this initial payment has been received and cleared.

2. Milestone-Based Payments

The remaining amount will be divided into milestone-based payments. Each milestone must be paid in full before proceeding to the next phase of the project.

3. Refund Policy

Once the project has been initiated, if you decide to discontinue for any reason, only 15% of the total project value will be refunded. The advance payment is otherwise non-refundable.

4. Additional Features / Change Requests

Any new features, modules, or changes not included in the original project scope will be billed separately. Charges for additional work will be discussed, approved, and confirmed before implementation.

5. Delay in Payment

Payments delayed beyond 7 days from the due date will attract a late fee of [X%] per week on the pending amount.

6. Project Hold

Fame Pixel IT Hub Private Limited reserves the right to pause or delay project development if payments are not made as per the agreed schedule until all outstanding dues are cleared.

7. Taxes & Additional Charges

All applicable government taxes (such as GST) will be added to the invoice. Any bank transfer or transaction charges must be borne by the client.

8. Ownership of Work

All source code, design files, and project deliverables will remain the property of Fame Pixel IT Hub Private Limited until full and final payment has been received. Ownership will be transferred only upon payment completion.

9. Cancellation by Client

If the client cancels the project midway, all work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly, and no further refund will be processed.

10. Cancellation by Company

If Fame Pixel IT Hub Private Limited cancels the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a proportionate refund will be issued based on the uncompleted portion of the project.

11. Final Delivery & Payment

The final project deliverables, including source code, credentials, and deployment, will be released only after 100% payment clearance.

12. Mode of Payment

All payments must be made via bank transfer, cheque, or any other approved payment mode as mentioned in the official invoice.

13. Terms & Conditions Notice

Our detailed Terms & Conditions are mentioned in the quotation, proforma invoice, and invoice at the bottom section. Clients are requested to review them carefully on our official website before project commencement. Once the agreement is signed or the advance payment is made to Fame Pixel IT Hub Private Limited, all stated terms and conditions will be deemed accepted and applicable.
